ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- There is no representation for the petitioner. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that this Court by order dated 03.11.2015 dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner. He would further submit that now there is no change of circumstances and investigation is pending. He would further submit that five previous cases in similar nature are pending against the petitioner.

3. Considering the seriousness of the offences and also pendency of the previous cases and considering the fact that there is no change of circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
