No.143/2015 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Tirunelveli. DECREE:- This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on Thursday, the Twenty Fourth day of February Two Thousand and Twenty Two, upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the judgments and decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First Instance and upon hearing the arguments of MR. (1) That the Judgment and Decree dated 28-07-2021 passed in A.S. No.77/2019 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Tirunelveli confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 27-04-2019 passed in O.S. No.143/2015 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Tirunelveli be and hereby are confirmed and this Second appeal is dismissed.
