RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner totally by this Honble Court by its order dated 11.03.2016 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4319 of 2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MUTHUKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- As per the order of this Court, dated 11.03.2016, the petitioners surrendered before the concerned Court on 13.03.2016 and they are complying the condition only from 06.04.2016. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondent police insisted for production of order copy but the petitioners could not produce the same and hence, they are not complying the condition.

3.Since the petitioners are not complying with the condition, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
