Prayer : This petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the respondents 4 and 5 by conducting an enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 06.02.2022.

ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the respondents 4 and 5 by conducting an enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 06.02.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has lodged the complaint before the third respondent on 06.02.2022, for which CSR has been given in CSR No.253 of 2022 and enquiry is pending https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to issue summons to the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5, conduct enquiry and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
