ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to consider the request of the petitioner company made in its representation dated 27.07.2017 for transfer of patta and to effect mutation of revenue records in favour of the petitioner in accordance with law.

3.According to the petitioner, the lands in Survey Nos.209/1, 209/3 and 210 situated at Vilangudi Village, Madurai District belongs to one Transport Corporation of India Ltd., have been transferred in favour of the petitioner by way of a scheme of arrangement as per the order passed in Company Petition Nos.133 and 134 of 2010 along with Company Application Nos.439 and 440 of 2010 by the High Court of Andhra Pradesh. Pursuant to the said arrangement, the petitioner company filed an application dated 27.07.2017 seeking transfer of patta and to effect mutation of revenue records in its favour. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.07.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
