Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as an accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offence punishable under Section 394 of IPC, in Crime No.314 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that one Yasool is working in the Cell Phone company in Pudukottai under the Supervision of the defacto complainant, by name Sesuraja. On 17.11.2015, at 6.30 p.m., four unidentified persons asked match box and attacked the Yasool and robbed a sum of Rs.7,000/- and a mobile phone worth Rs.6,000/- and pulled him into the 'Karuvelakadu'. Therefore, the case has been registered for the above said offences.

3.The case of the petitioner is that he is working as a lorry driver and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ prosecution. The petitioner's name is not found in the FIR and only

on the confession given by the co-accused, the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that this petitioner is arrayed as accused No.1 and he is the main accused and he attacked Yasool and robbed a sum of Rs.7,000/- and a mobile phone worth about Rs.6,000/- and the property is yet to be recovered. 5.Considering the seriousness of the charges levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
