1. Learned advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal, since not only it is the statutory alternative remedy but the proceedings in question is also pending before the Debt Recovery Tribunal. Reference in this regard is made to the order dated 27 February 2020. Permission as prayed for, is granted.

2. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as noted above. No costs. Consequently, connected WMP would not survive.
