ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to register a case against the respondents 2 and 3 on the basis of the order of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Tiruchirappalli in C.M.P.No.7396 of 2019 in S.I.No.35 of 2019 dated 20.11.2019.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy by order, dated 20.11.2019 in C.M.P.(MD) No.7396 of 2019 had forwarded a petition to the respondent police under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C to conduct preliminary enquiry and take necessary action and file final before the Court. Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 3270 of 2020 been conducted and the report has been filed before the concerned Court on 24.02.2020. The filing of the report is re-iterated by Mr.G. Srinivasan, Sub-Inspector of Police who present before this Court. The statement is recorded.
