ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent to appoint or depute a Special Public Prosecutor to conduct the cases in S.C.No.373/2015, S.C.No.398/2015 and S.C.No.402/2015 on the file of the IV Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Tract Court) Madurai within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2.Earlier, notice was ordered to the respondent. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that already the respondent passed an order dated 22.03.2018 appointing one Mr.Arun tamilarasan, Advocate as a Special Public Prosecutor to prosecute the above criminal cases, and also produced a copy of the said order before this Court.
