1. The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to provide Police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner from the hands of the respondents No.4 and 5.

He would further submit that enquiry has been initiated in CSR No. 27 of 2020 and summons have been issued to the petitioner for appearance.
