O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent instruct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner by way of interfering with the matter purely civil dispute.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the third respondent against the second petitioner, enquiry has been conducted in C.S.R.No.75 of 2020 and 104 of 2020 and same have been closed by the second respondent.

4.It is made clear, now that the case has been closed, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.3025 of 2020 respondent shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
