2. This Court, vide order dated 16.03.2021, directed the petitioners/respondents to complete the investigation in the case registered in Cr.No.6 of 2019 and file a final report within a period six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. The petitioners have come forward with the present application for extension of time alleging that 15 more witnesses have to be examined and ten more documents have to be collected.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is inclined to grant further time to complete the investigation. Accordingly, three months' further time is granted to complete the investigation and file a report.
