O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The writ on hand has been instituted to forbear the respondents herein from laying sewage channel nearby the Cauveri Kootu Kudineer pipeline situated at S.No.1190, Ward No.4, Anna Nagar, Vadamadurai Town Panchayat, Vedasandhur Taluk, Dindigul District and consequently direct the respondents to lay the sewage channel in the opposite of the drinking water pipeline.

2. The negative prayer as such sought for cannot be considered, since it is an infrastructural facility, which is to be provided to the residents of the subject locality.

3. The learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that pavour block road and sewage channel have already been laid.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Pleader, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in this Writ 2/4
