ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.06.2025 for the offences punishable under Section 8(c) r/w 21(c), 25, 29(1) of NDPS Act, 1985, in Crime No.10 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has filed another bail application on medical grounds, which is pending in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.967 of 2026.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
