RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased torelax the condition imposed in Crl O.P (MD) No. 22058 of 2022 dated 14.12.2022 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JAMEEL ARASU.B, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22058 of 2022, dated 14.12.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22058 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.2720 of 2023 respondent police once in a month i.e., on first Saturday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
