ORDER

The defendants 4 & 5 in O.S.No.74 of 2023, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Pudukkottai, have filed the present revision petition seeking expeditious disposal of the suit.

2.The plaint averments reveal that the suit has been filed for declaration that a particular document is null and void and for partition. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, Mediation was not successful and it has been referred back to the Court. 3.Considering the fact that the suit is pending for the past two years, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit on or before 31.12.2025. 4.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
