ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records in Crime No.184 of 2022 on the file of respondent police and quash the same as against petitioners.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that investigation has already been completed and charge sheet is made ready.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to file a Final Report before the jurisdictional Court immediately after receiving the copy of this order. If the petitioner is aggrieved the contention of the above said Final Report, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
