RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No. 1815/2016 in Crl.O.P.No. 24624 / 2015 dated 29.02.2016 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a month i.e. every first Monday and third Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.SUBASH BABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- After hearing the argument in length, when this Court was not inclined to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.1815 of 2016 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.24624 of 2015, dated 29.02.2016, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
