complying with the modified condition regularly from November 2016 onwards. He would further submit that action was dropped in this case and a report was also submitted to the concerned court.

3. Taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed.
