ORDER

This petition is filed to provide police protection to the petitioner.

2.On the side of the petitioner it is stated that on 18.02.2021 the petitioner tried to clear his plot for construction of a building. At that time, three unknown persons came there and attacked the petitioner and threatened him with dire consequences. The petitioner filed a petition before the respondent in this regard, but no action was taken. Hence, prayed for police protection.

3.On the side of the respondents it is stated that the complaint lodged by the petitioner was taken on file in CSR.No.70 of 2021 and the enquiry is pending. It is further stated that the land is said to have been allotted to the petitioner by from the Government. The petitioner did not mention who is his rival party and prayed the petition to be dismissed.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2901 of 2021 4.It is seen that the petitioner has not stated anything about the accused in the complaint lodged by him. Without proper particulars, there is no possibility for the respondents to provide police protection for the petitioner. It is also seen that there is some property dispute regarding the ownership of the occurrence place. The petitioner can approach the civil forum to ascertain his right over the property. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
