ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner to provide police protection to the petitioner and her family members. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the third respondent is demanding the petitioner to sell his land. The petitioner refused to sell the property. On 14.02.2021, the third respondent came into the petitioner's house and abused him and damaged his house. Hence, he prayed for police protection. 3.On the side of the respondents, it is stated that the petitioner lodged a complaint only on 19.02.2021 and the Division Bench of this Court has passed the order in the case of G.Prabakaran Vs The Superintendent of Police, stating that the petitioner has to wait for a period of 15 days and then, to approach the Superintendent of Police. Only in rare case, they have to approach this Court and prayed the petition to be dismissed. 4.The representation of the petitioner dated 19.02.2021 is in the form of complaint and as per the decision of this Court in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
