ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the second respondent from interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the third respondent, enquiry is pending on the file of the second respondent.
3.The learned counsel appeapring for the petitioner would submit that the entire allegations are civil in nature and even then, the second respondent has kept on calling upon the petitioner to settle the amount in favour of the third respondent. 4.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the complaint lodged by the third respondent, after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD)No.3180 of 2022 conducting enquiry and also issuance of summons to the petitioner and the rival party within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
