The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 03.06.2024 passed in W.P. (MD)No.10998 of 2024.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the contemnor / respondent submitted that the order of this Court, dated 03.06.2024 passed in W.P.(MD)No.10998 of 2024 has been complied with. He has also produced the proceedings issued by the respondent in Na.Ka.No. 1132/2025/A3 dated 20.02.2025.
