ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 19.08.2025 passed by the learned Additional District Munsif Judge, Kumbakonam, in I.A. No.312 of 2024 in O.S. No.112 of 2024, whereby the application for injunction filed by the petitioner was dismissed.

2. The trial Court dismissed the injunction application on the ground that the matter requires a full-fledged trial and that the issues involved have to be adjudicated on the basis of evidence.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is facing day-to-day interference from the respondent and, therefore, sought an order of interim injunction to enable him to run his business without disturbance.

4. This Court finds no infirmity in the order passed by the trial Court. When the trial Court has taken the view that the matter requires trial and adjudication on evidence, this Court, in exercise of its revisional 2/4

jurisdiction, is not inclined to interfere with the said order.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for want of merits. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
