The petition is filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.937/2015 on the file of the second respondent to third respondent 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that already investigation has been completed in Crime No.937 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent and the same has been referred as "Mistake of Fact" on 17.05.2017 and hence, nothing survives in this petition. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
