2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that case stands registered against the petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the petitioner has got relief of anticipatory bail, the respondents are harassing the petitioner.

This Criminal Original Petition shall stand closed informing that the respondent police/Judicial Magistrate concerned are bound to carry out their duties in keeping with the judgment reported in (2014)3 MLJ (Crl) 353 (SC) in Arnesh Kumar Vs.
