ORDER

This petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the Principal District and Sessions Court, Pudukottai in Crl.M.P. No. 189 of 2026 dated 23.01.2026 and to modify the condition No. 7 imposed in Crl.M.P. No. 115 of 2026 on 19.01.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner is studying B.A. Economics at Alagappa Government College, Karaikudi. Hence, he prays for https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

modification of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the earlier condition even for a single day.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a college student, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P. No. 115 of 2026 dated 19.01.2026 is modified to the effect that ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 05.30 p.m., for a period of 30 days.''

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
