ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.As per the orders of this Court dated 04.03.2024, the OMR sheet pertaining to the petitioner was produced in a sealed cover and the cover has been opened in the open Court.
4.Since the petitioner is withdrawing the writ petition, the OMR sheet pertaining to the petitioner shall be returned to the respondent after obtaining a written acknowledgment from the authorities concerned.
