PETITION FOR MODIFICATION Under Section 528 of BNSS PRAYER :- To modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 7(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.23386 of 2025 dated 05.01.2026 on the file of this Court.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.23386 of 2025, dated 05.01.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is presently living in Tirupur along with her husband and children. The petitioner's children are studying in 1st Standard and LKG, respectively. Hence, there is difficulty in further compliance with the said condition. Therefore, he prays for modification of the said condition.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.23386 of 2025 dated 05.01.2026 is modified to the effect that ''the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, 2/4

Central Police Station, Tirupur, daily at 10.30 a.m., for period of 18 days and thereafter, as and when required for investigation.''

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
