This petition has been filed to direct respondents to give permission and adequate police protection for conducting "Adal Padal" Dance Programme on 04.02.2018 in the even of Temple Maha Kumbabishegam Function in front of Arulmigu "Sri Aayiravalli Aythalayi Amman and Parivara Devathaikalain Punarutharana" temple belongs to North Aythampatty,, M.Puthupatti Post, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2018.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the village people are celebrating the festival by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

conducting "Adal Padal" programme such as cultural programme, on 04.02.2018. They have decided to celebrate the festival at the above said place and for that they have already given a representation dated 22.01.2018 to the respondents and no order has been passed till now.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has not raised any serious objection.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 22.01.2018 and dispose of the same at early by keeping in mind the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Church of God (Full Gospel) in India Vs. K.K.R, Majestic Colony Welfare Association and Ors, reported in 2001 - 1 - L.W. (Crl.) 233.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
