RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Condone the absence of the Petitioner for non compliance of the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.OP(MD)NO. 3358/2016 dated 07.03.2016 for two days and to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S P.R.PRITHIVIRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side)/ Additional Public Prosecutor the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.
