RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 4994 of 2016 dated 22.03.2016 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S H.VELAVADHAS, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that Dinesh(A1) has not been complying with the order from 20.04.2016. In view of the above, he is directed to comply with the condition till 15.05.2016 and thereafter the condition is relaxed completely. As regards the second petitioner Bharathy, this Court has not imposed any condition while granting anticipatory bail. Hence, there is no question of relaxation. Hence this petition is dismissed as against Bharathi.
