: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in connection with the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in O.Mu.No.54911/2018/U1/ dated 22.11.2019 quash the same as illegal and consequently, directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to promote the petitioner in anyone of the available 5 vacancies for the post of Assistant, Suit Writer, Junior Assistant and Record Clerk now available in the 2nd respondent Department within stipulated time. With reference to the impugned order, the cause did not exist as of now, on account of expiry of time and the order was also cancelled. However, it is made clear that if any other grievance exist for the writ petitioner, it is left open to him to approach the competent authority for redressal of the same in the manner known to law.
