ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners on 05.02.2025 under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita praying to grant an order of pre-arrest bail.
2. The petitioners/A3 & A4, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 326(i) and 351(2) of BNS in Crime No.23 of 2025 on the file of the respondent-police.
3. The case of prosecution is that due to the previous dispute between accused persons and the defacto complainant's husband, on 24.12.2024 at about 08.30 pm., the accused trespassed into defacto complainant's house, abused the defacto complainant and her husband and also threatened them with dire consequences. On the next day, i.e., 25.12.2024, the accused persons set fire to the two-wheeler parked in front of their house, which belongs to the brother of the defacto complainant's husband. While the defacto complainant's husband was proceeding to lodge the complaint, A1 and A2 admitted to the crime and threatened them with dire consequences. Hence, the complainant.

4. Mr.C.Sankar Praksh, learned counsel appearing for petitioners submits that the petitioners have not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioners.
5. Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for respondent-police submits that initially, the petitioners have been arrayed as A3 and A4 in Crime No.23 of 2025. After completion of investigation, it reveals that the petitioners herein had not committed any offence. Hence, the Investigating Officer deleted the names of the petitioners in Crime No.23 of 2025 and Deletion Report was also filed before the trial Court.
6. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
