RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 3735 of 2016 dated 11.03.2016 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S P.GANAPATHI SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of K.Anbarasan on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 11.03.2016 made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3735 of 2016 to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 6.30p.m.until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
