The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to expedite the investigation in Crime No.85 of 2010 on the file of the second respondent and to file a final report. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that the investigation in Crime No.85 of 2010, is underway and prays for three months time to file a final report.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2909 of 2021 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report/referred charge sheet, as the case may be in Crime No.85 of 2010 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.

4. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
