This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Cr.No.627 of 2022 on the file of first respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that after completion of investigation, final report has been filed before the concerned Court. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3.Since this petition is filed to quash the FIR, now the first respondent police, after completion of investigation filed a final report before the concerned Court and as per FIR there are some allegations to constitute the offence, it is for the petitioner to challenge the final report, in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved.
