ORDER

This Writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent police to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.10.2025 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the concerned person already died and hence closed.

3. Hence, the respondent police is directed to reopen and conduct proper enquiry and take action as per law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With this direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
