ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the proceedings where it is pending before the second respondent under Na.Ka.No.943/NI.SE. NA KA.THU. AA/THi.MA/2015, dated 24.09.2015, which is filed by the third respondent in Cr.No.270 of 2015 under Section 107 Cr.P.C, dated 27.04.2015.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C. has already been closed against the petitioners.
