ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The Petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(i) of Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.64 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seek antipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up , Mr.R.Anand, learned Counsel appearing for the defacto complainant intervened and submitted that these petitioners had filed Crl.OP(MD)No.1379 of 2015 before this Court , which was dismissed as withdrawn on 29/01/2015. Thereafter, they have filed Cr.M.P.No.300 of 2015 before the Sessions Court and the same was dismissed on 03/02/2015. In this anticipatory bail application, the petitioners have suppressed these two facts.

therefore, he has filed this application as the first one for anticipatory bail.

4.The explanation offered by the learned counsel is accepted. Since the parties have committed act of suppression, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to them. Hence, the petition seeking anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
