[Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.] The prayer in the Writ Petition is to direct the respondents to transfer the petitioner's husband by name Nisthanth son of Selvaraj aged about 34 years from Madurai Central Prison to Palayamkotti Central Prison based on the representation dated 21.01.2026 within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3. Pending Writ petition the representation of the petitioner was considered and rejected by an order dated 05.02.2026. Further the husband of the petitioner is also facing trial for offence under Section NDPS Act case before the District Court, Madurai.
