ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action by considering the petitioner's representations dated 25-12-2025 and 31-12-2025.

2. The allegation against the proposed accused is that they have created a fabricated sale deed. However, the respondents submitted that they have already conducted an enquiry and closed the same. When there is an allegation of fabrication of documents, the petitioner ought to file a xerox copy of the said document. Unless the same is filed and other evidence is presented, the respondents cannot proceed further.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to submit all relevant records. On such submission, the respondents shall conduct a proper enquiry and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
