RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl. O. P. (MD) No. 5083 of 2016 dated 31.03.2016 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.BABU JAGANATH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI,Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has submitted that a case in Crime No.3 of 2016 has been transferred from the file of All Women Police Station, Kamuthi to the file of All Women Police Station, Thirumayam, Pudukkottai District.
2. However, this Court has granted Anticipatory Bail to the petitioners, with a direction to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi, Ramanathapuram District, within fifteen days, from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order, for which, the petitioners have approached this Court, for extension of time.
3. Time is extended by two weeks for the petitioners, from the date of receipt of copy of this order, to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi, Ramanathapuram District and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
furnish sureties, as ordered earlier. If the case has been transferred to the file of All Women Police Station, Thirumayam, Pudukkottai District, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi, Ramanathapuram District , is directed to accept the sureties and thereafter, transfer the papers to the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam, Pudukottai District, after retaining the photocopies of the same on his file.
4. The petitioners / Accused 1, 2 and 5 shall report before the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Thirumayam, Pudukkottai District daily at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.
