ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of Indian Penal Code in Crime No.639 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, has come forward with the present petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 04.02.2015, this Court passed the following order:

" On 21.01.2015 there was no representation for the petitioner. Today, when the matter is taken up, there is no representation for the petitioner. The respondent police is present.

The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner conducted unauthorised chit and had failed to make payment of Rs.80,000/- to the defacto complainant.

Post on 06.02.2015 'for orders'."

3. Again, when the matter came up for hearing on 06.02.2015, this Court has passed the following order:

"No representation for the petitioner on the last two hearing dates. Today also, there is no representation. Post 'for dismissal' before 'for orders', on 09.02.2015." https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Accordingly, the matter is posted today (09.02.2015) under
