ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- On 21.01.2015, this Court granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners with the direction that they shall appear before the respondent police every day.

2.Today the respondent police is present. The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instruction from the police, submits that the petitioner has not appeared before the respondent police in compliance with the order of this Court.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was sick and therefore, the petitioner could not appear before the police.

4. This Court is unable to accept the reason assigned by the learned counsel for the petitioner since the petitioner has not appeared even one day before the respondent police.
