ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents no.1 to 3 provide adequate police protection to the petitioners family members as well as his wife namely Carolin life and limb and his house hold things based on the representation dated 17/02/2020.

2. Today, when the mater is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has married the daughter of the fourth respondent . The wife of the fourth respondent has given a complaint stating that the petitioner has married her daughter against their wish and based on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint given by the fourth respondent enquiry has been initiated in CSR No.129 of 2020 and enquiry is pending. He would also submit that during enquiry if it is found that protection is required, suitable action will be taken.
