Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.ROBINSON, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.P.KANDASAMY Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present.

This Court by order dated 29.12.2016 granted anticipatory bail, directing the petitioner to appear before the concerned Court within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The order copy was received by the petitioner on 02.01.2017 and the present petition is filed on 18.01.2017. 3.Being satisfied with the resons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, 10 days time is granted for complying the condition from the date on which the order copy is made ready. This petition is ordered accordingly.
