ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's compliant dated 10.12.2025.

2. The second respondent has taken the first complaint and registered an FIR. After conducting an enquiry, the petitioner has been included as a witness. The contention of the petitioner is that she was also cheated by the original accused. Since the petitioner has been added as a witness, her claim of money also may be considered in the pending FIR.
