Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to complete the enquiry proceedings dated 01.10.2024 and 15.02.2025 and to take appropriate action against the accused persons in the light of report filed by the respondent No.2 dated 18.08.2024 within the time frame by this Court.

ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to complete the enquiry proceedings dated 01.10.2024 and 15.02.2025 and to take appropriate action against the accused persons in the light of report filed by the respondent No.2 dated 18.08.2024.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that an enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed. However, the second respondent has submitted a report stating that 2/5
there was impersonation in the registration of the document.
3. In such circumstances, the respondent cannot close the enquiry. Therefore, respondents 3 and 4 are directed to reopen and conduct a proper enquiry. If any criminal offence is made out, appropriate action may be taken in accordance with law. The petitioner is directed to appear before the fourth respondent and produce all relevant evidence and cooperate with the investigation.
