Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S J.WILLIAM CHRISTOPHER, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of Mr.K.Anbarasan, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents in both the petitions the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.
2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 03.11.2015 made in M.P.
